Team

For a small company that shows its work to a client.

  • Up to 3 writers for each project
  • 1 client login for each project
  • An external review with your client
  • The client sees the markups and adds comments

The term is 1 year. Payment is by card only.

Enterprise

For large teams and formal approval.

Everything in Team, plus:

  • No limit on members: writers, readers and clients
  • Clients accept or reject fixes in their own name
  • A term of 1, 2 or 3 years
  • Payment by card or by invoice, with your PO number

Buy Enterprise

You can upgrade a Mini to Team or Enterprise at any time. The upgrade keeps your data. To upgrade, use the email address of the admin of the Mini project.

When a licence expires

This applies to Team and Enterprise licences. When a licence expires, the project becomes read-only for 1 year. All members can read all data, but nobody can change it. After that year, the project is locked.

  • The project admin receives reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiry, and on the day of expiry.
  • We permanently delete locked project data 90 days after the lock (15 months after expiry). We send an email to the project admin 30 days before the deletion.

Mini projects without use

A Mini does not expire. But if nobody uses a Mini project for 12 months, the project becomes read-only. We send emails 30 days and 7 days before this step, and on the day. Any use makes the project writable again, and the 12 months start again.

After 24 months without use, we delete the Mini project data. We also remove the name and the email address from the account. Then the account shows only as "Former user", so the history of other projects stays readable. We send emails 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before the deletion, and on the day. If the person has a role in another project, we delete only the Mini project.

All prices are in EUR, excl. VAT. We add VAT where applicable. Reverse charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT ID.

We sell Kroons to businesses only. We ask for your company name and VAT ID.
