Kroons gives each person of the project team and of the client the comments that are theirs. Nobody types or sends a list.
What your team gets
A role for each person
Each person has a role in each project: project admin, writer, reader or client. The role decides what the person can see and do.
Internal and external reviews
Your team works first in an internal review. Then you show the work to your client in an external review. The client does not see the internal review.
Your client in the loop
The client signs in with a web browser, sees the markups and adds comments. On the Enterprise plan, the client accepts or refuses a proposed fix in their own name.
The company manages its people
A company admin manages the people of the company. Each person sees and ends their signed-in devices.
A full history
Kroons keeps each comment with its history, its attachments and its earlier versions. Each change writes a row in the log.
Pay the way your company pays
Pay by card online, or ask for an invoice with your PO number.

Team
For a small company that shows its work to a client.
Everything in Mini, plus:
- Up to 3 writers for each project
- 1 client login for each project
- An external review with your client
- The client sees the markups and adds comments
- A project admin records the decision of the client
- Screenshots without a watermark
Enterprise
For large teams and formal approval.
Everything in Team, plus:
- No limit on members: writers, readers and clients
- Clients accept or reject fixes in their own name
- A term of 1, 2 or 3 years
- Payment by card or by invoice, with your PO number
- An extension of 1 year at a time
