Terms of Sale and Use

Parties and scope
These terms apply between Maintenance Data Services OÜ, registry code 14861504, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“MDS”) and the business that buys or uses a Kroons project (“you”). Kroons is sold to businesses only. By buying you confirm that you act for a business.
Licence unit and the plugin download
A licence covers one project with unlimited members: writers, readers and clients. The Kroons plugin download is free. The plugin raises and reviews markups; the web app resolves and approves.
Term and renewal
A project licence runs for the term you bought: 1, 2 or 3 years. An extension adds one year. Mini is free for the first 3 months and can then be renewed for 50 EUR per 3 months. Each Mini renewal is a one-time purchase of 3 months and does not renew by itself. Mini has one writer and one reader, no client seats, and screenshots are watermarked.
Expiry and the read-only period
When a licence expires, the project becomes read-only for 1 year, then it is locked. Locked project data is permanently deleted 90 days after the lock (15 months after expiry). We email the project admin 30 days before the deletion.
Fees and VAT
All prices in EUR, excl. VAT. VAT added where applicable; reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID. You can pay online through Stripe or request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.

Governing law
Governing law and venue are completed by counsel before launch.
